Location: Northampton Brewery, NN1 1PZ

Job Length: Permanent – Full Time

Working Hours: 35 Hours – Varied shifts available and overtime potential

We are recruiting for a Fabricator Welder, reporting to the Asset Care Area Team Leader. This role is vital to our success and offers the opportunity to:

• Perform fabrication and welding tasks to maintain and improve process equipment and infrastructure.
• Repair and fabricate structural components, ensuring compliance with international welding standards.
• Support modifications and installations to enhance infrastructure reliability and performance.
• Assist production and maintenance teams with fabrication and welding needs.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities like Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5S, Kaizen, and Lean initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in fabrication/welding within manufacturing or industrial environments; extensive installation experience is also considered.
• Recognised qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Fabrication, Welding, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in welding and fabricating process equipment and infrastructure to international standards.
• Proficiency with modern tools and techniques for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Full UK Working Rights.
