The Role

We are looking for an experiencedTIG/MIG Welderto support our growing fabrication team. This role requires someone with hands-on experience in both welding processes, capable of producing high-quality welds on a variety of tube and fabricated components. You’ll work on a range of materials and projects to tight tolerances and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and other materials
• Weld tubes and fabricated assemblies according to technical drawings and specifications
• Prepare joints and materials, ensuring cleanliness and fit-up
• Carry out visual inspections and ensure all welds meet internal and customer standards
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure safe working practices
• Collaborate with fabricators, engineers and quality inspectors to meet production goals
• Maintain documentation as required (e.g. welding logs, QA checks)
• Proven experience in both TIG and MIG welding
• Confident welding thin-wall tubing
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Solid understanding of workshop safety procedures
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Right to work in the UK

Desirable (but not essential):

• Welding certification (e.g. ISO 9606-1)
• Forklift or crane operation licence
