Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group is seeking an experienced Fabricator Welder for an established company in Droitwich. You will fabricate and MIG weld heavy-gauge steel up to 20mm, reading detailed drawings and complying with quality standards.

Job description

We are recruiting for an experienced Fabricator Welder for an established company in Droitwich.

As a Fabricator/Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and MIG welding heavy-gauge steel (up to 20mm) to a high standard. You will work from detailed engineering drawings and specifications to ensure all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will have experience using 1.2mm welding wire when working on large, heavy equipment. Experience with plasma cutting, oxy-acetylene cutting and manual press brake operations would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Experience

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Welder/Fabricator (essential)
• Minimum 2 years experience working with commercial vehicles (desired)
