Position: Welder (Day Shift)

Hours: 5 am to 3:00 pm, with a 20-minute paid lunch. Flexible start times available if needed.

How You Will Contribute:

As a Welder of truck-mounted equipment, you will produce high-quality weldments using blueprints or documentation, ensuring daily schedule attainment to meet customer demand. Responsibilities include setting up, operating, adjusting, and regulating welding machines; welding with or without fixtures; using tools to cut, grind, bevel, and fit metals; removing slag; performing maintenance; owning quality of welds; participating in training; performing daily 5S activities; and maintaining safety standards.

What This Role Needs:

• Ability to weld using GMAW MIG process
• Ability to read blueprints, basic shop math, and tape measure
• Ability to operate overhead hoist
• Minimum of 6 months experience and/or associate degree or certification
• Adherence to health and safety rules and maintaining good housekeeping (5S)

Working Conditions:

• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs
• Bending, lifting, standing
• Exposure to noise and welding/grinding fumes at times
