Position: Coach Builder

Location: Blackburn

Salary: 39,000 - 44,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

1. Repair and restore buses following accidents or damage, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
2. Carry out structural repairs, bodywork, and panel replacements as required.
3. Inspect buses for faults and wear, and provide necessary maintenance to keep them in top working order.
4. Work closely with the team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to company specifications.
5. Maintain and use tools and equipment in a safe and effective manner.
6. Ensure all work complies with industry safety regulations and company policies.

Key Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Coach Builder, ideally in the bus or automotive industry.
2. Ability to repair and rebuild bus bodies and components to a high standard.
3. Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and repair techniques.
4. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
6. Full UK driving license (preferred but not essential).
