An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a contract position at their Bristol Machining facility, within the Turbines sector. We are looking for a Skilled TIG Welder to join on a rotating shift pattern (mornings, afternoon and nights).

What you will be doing:
- engage in Health and Safety activity
- produce components at the highest Quality
- follow Manufacturing Instructions and Data Cards
- work to meet high volume requirements
What you will be doing:
- Welding Nozzle Guide Vanes (NGVs) using Work Instructions, Technical Information & drawings, using the information to ensure all Engine components are welded to the highest of standard and are conforming to the required specification.
- Working to set deadlines to achieve performance targets and Customer delivery commitments.
- Ensuring Health & Safety is adhered to a high standard, at all times.

- Completed a recognised time-served apprenticeship including City and Guilds, NVQ3/SVQ3 or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
- (Original trade papers must be available for review at interview).
- Experienced of TIG Welding to agreed standards is essential.
- As a Skilled Welder you will have experience in working with Nickels/Steels and Alloys.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings (considered an asset).
- An up-to-date working knowledge of health, safety (including COSHH) and environmental procedures.
- To work for the Rolls-Royce business an individual has to hold a Security Check clearance.
- Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you do not currently already have this in place.
