The National Trust is seeking a Welcome Manager for Hinton Ampner to lead the welcome operation, ensuring every visitor experiences a warm, memorable visit and supports the house opening.

You will develop staff and volunteers, uphold high standards of service, health and safety, and help grow charitable income while creating a welcoming, safe, well-presented place for all visitors. The role is 37.5 hours/week with weekend work.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in visitor services, tourism, heritage or similar.
• Highly organised, confident leader.
• Adept at managing financial performance.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day welcome operation at Hinton Ampner.
• Oversee visitor reception and house opening to ensure a warm, seamless visit.
• Inspire and care for the team to deliver high standards of service and to grow charitable income.
