Genting Casinos in the UK seeks a friendly Welcome Host to be the face of our Sheffield venue, greeting guests and guiding their visit with a warm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

You will stay active in the lobby, manage guest flow during busy periods, and confidently conduct ID and Challenge25 checks while promoting on-site facilities and events to enhance the guest experience. The role offers development opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
