Job summary

SUEZ operates the weighbridge to manage all site entries and exits, while maintaining the diary and keeping a tidy front office. The role supports admin tasks, visitor inductions, PPE enforcement and documentation in compliance with guidelines.

You will also uphold health and safety policies and provide frontline customer service. The successful candidate will be self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork, and be flexible to cover holidays and learn other on-site roles with training

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with good communication and teamwork.
• Flexible to cover holidays and sickness.
• Willing to undertake other on-site roles with training provided.
• DBS check required due to involvement with T Level students aged 16-18 on industry placement within the weighbridge.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general administrative duties, such as answering phones and directing calls.
• Carry out inductions for visitors to the site.
• Ensure that anyone going onto the site is provided with the appropriate protective equipment.
• Complete appropriate documentation, in accordance with legal guidelines.
• Ensure that all SUEZ Health and Safety policies are followed, at all times.
• Communicate effectively with the team.
• To deliver outstanding front-line customer service
