Job summary

SUEZ is seeking a vigilant weighbridge operator at our Lancaster site. You will control all entries/exits via the weighbridge, maintain the site diary, and ensure an orderly office environment.

The role includes performing inductions, ensuring PPE, and handling documentation in line with health and safety policies. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork skills, able to cover holidays, and willing to take on additional on-site roles with appropriate

Responsibilities

• Operate the site's weighbridge system to control all entries and exits.

What will I be doing?

Youwill operate the site's weighbridge system, controlling all entries into/out of the site,maintaining the site diary and ensuring an organisedoffice at all times.

You Will:

• Assist with general administrative duties, such as; answering phones and directing calls.
• Carry out inductions for visitors to the site.
• Ensure that anyone going onto the site is provided with the appropriate protective equipment.
• Complete appropriate documentation, in accordance with legal guidelines.
• Ensure that all SUEZ Health and Safety policies are followed, at all times.
• Communicate effectively with the team.
• To deliver outstanding front-line customer service

What are the requirements?

You will need to be self-motivated, have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team, as well as:

• A flexible approach to work -you will be expected to cover for holidays and sick days if required.
• The ability and willingness to undertake other roles on site, with therequiredtraining and development being provided.
