Job summary

Supreme Recruitment is seeking an Experience Weightbridge Operator to join our team in the UK. The role runs Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 4pm, with a pay rate of £12.79 per hour on a temp-to-perm basis.

You will operate weighbridge systems, record weights, and ensure compliance with weight regulations while liaising with truck drivers and logistics staff to maintain smooth weighing processes.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a strong eye for accurate data entry.
• Must follow health and safety procedures and maintain safe workflows.
• Clear communicator with drivers and internal teams.
• Computer literacy and ability to use weighbridge software and basic systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate weighbridge systems to measure and record weights accurately.

• Carry out routine inspections and maintenance of weighbridge equipment.

Job Role

• Managing and operating weighbridge systems to accurately measure and record weights
• Identifying and addressing potential issues in the weighing process
• Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of weighbridge equipment
• Ensuring compliance with weight regulations and industry standards
• Collaborating with truck drivers and logistics teams to facilitate weighing processes
• Reading and interpreting weight documentation and vehicle details
• Measuring and recording weights of incoming and outgoing materials or goods
• Providing clear and precise information to drivers and relevant personnel
• Maintaining accurate records of weighbridge transactions
• Participating in safety protocols and staying informed about weighbridge operations.
