Job summary

SUEZ is seeking a reliable weighbridge operator to run the site's weighbridge system, control all entries and exits, and maintain an organised office.

You will also assist with general admin duties, carry out visitor inductions, ensure PPE is provided for anyone on site, and complete documentation in line with legal guidelines. Health and Safety, clear team communication and frontline customer service are key to the role.

Responsibilities

• Operate the weighbridge and manage site entry/exit records.
• Assist with phones, calls, and front-desk tasks as needed.
• Conduct visitor inductions and ensure PPE is worn.

What will I be doing?

• Youwill operate the site's weighbridge system, controlling all entries into/out of the site,maintaining the site diary and ensuring an organisedoffice at all times.
• Assist with general administrative duties, such as; answering phones and directing calls.
• Carry out inductions for visitors to the site.
• Ensure that anyone going onto the site is provided with the appropriate protective equipment.
• Complete appropriate documentation, in accordance with legal guidelines.
• Ensure that all SUEZ Health and Safety policies are followed, at all times.
• Communicate effectively with the team.
• To deliver outstanding front-line customer service

What are the requirements?

You will need to be self-motivated, have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team, as well as:

• A flexible approach to work -you will be expected to cover for holidays and sick days if required.
• The ability and willingness to undertake other roles on site, with therequiredtraining and development being provided.
