Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the South Kirkby Weighbridge team across sites.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet operational needs.
• Coach, train and provide performance feedback to staff.
• Ensure compliant operation of all contract weighbridges.
• Provide weighbridge cover during absences or peaks.
• Ensure weighbridge activities meet contractual, regulatory and company procedures.
• Manage collection, validation and analysis of operational data.
• Produce accurate operational, contractual and management reports.
• Utilise advanced Excel and reporting tools to support decision‑making.
