Vision for Education Ltd is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Level 4 trained or higher) to support pupil progress in Hull and surrounding areas. The role involves one-on-one and group support, as well as collaborating with teachers to plan and deliver lessons in primary settings.

Applicants should have Level 4 qualifications with experience in education, be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check, and demonstrate excellent communication skills and a passion for working with young

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with students.
• Recent teaching experience in primary education.
• Be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service.
• Level 4 qualified or higher.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver lessons.
• Lead whole-class teaching across the primary stages.
• Assist with setting up resources and delivering lessons.
• Provide insights on student progress and development.
• Adapt teaching strategies based on feedback.
• Support students during breaks and maintain a positive classroom environment.
