Vision for Education is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Hull, delivering one-to-one and small group assistance under teachers' guidance. The role focuses on encouraging participation, recording progress, and contributing to planning and delivery within a busy school environment.

Whether an experienced TA or a recent graduate, you will bring excellent communication skills, patience, and a real passion for helping young people succeed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum 6 months experience in a school or care setting
• Willing to apply for Enhanced DBS check on Update Service
• Passion for working with young people

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers in preparing and organizing educational resources.
• Assist with lesson delivery and setting up for the day to enhance student learning.
• Provide valuable insights to teachers regarding student progress and development.
• Contribute to adapting teaching strategies based on student feedback.
• Be a supportive presence during breaktimes
