Job summary

Spire Healthcare's Montefiore Hospital in Hove is seeking a Bank Imaging Administrator to join the Radiology team on a flexible bank basis. The role supports patient-facing services, appointment bookings and departmental administration during periods of leave or peak demand.

The ideal candidate will have admin or customer service experience, strong communication, IT skills and a flexible approach to shifts. Private hospital setting with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
• Experience dealing directly with patients, customers or the public.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident telephone manner and professional written communication.
• Strong IT skills with MS Office proficiency.
• Flexible approach to working patterns to cover shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
• Register patients and book appointments using hospital systems.
• Manage imaging bookings and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Provide administrative support to radiographers and the team.
• Prepare documentation for examinations and reporting.
• Handle calls and emails professionally and coordinate between departments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and data protection compliance.
• Contribute to an outstanding patient experience in all interactions.
