Vets Now in Glasgow is seeking a Part Time Out-Of-Hours Veterinary Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients during emergencies, greet clients, answer calls, and handle appointments and payments.

You will manage clinic administration, update veterinary staff about patients enroute or requiring assistance, and provide accurate information and reassurance to clients while supporting veterinary professionals.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact: greet clients, answer calls, book appointments, and process payments in emergencies.
• Administration: manage clinic tasks, keep records accurate, and inform veterinary staff about patients in transit or needing assistance.
• Client Support: provide a friendly, reassuring presence and act as a liaison between clients and veterinary professionals.
