Job summary

Bleckmann Solutions UK Ltd is seeking a permanent, full-time Floor Supervisor to manage an assigned area of the warehouse, overseeing staff and client relations. The role runs Friday to Monday, 14:00–00:00, with flexibility in peak periods and a salary up to £32,000 plus shift allowance.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in logistics or e-commerce, experience in managing teams, and knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems such as JDA.

• Experience in managing teams within a warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and workflow in a designated area.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed.

• Assist with performance management and absence management.
• Drive continuous improvement and support ad hoc projects.
• Be accountable for team performance against KPIs (productivity, accuracy, service levels).
