Job summary

CH&CO, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (Zero Hours) to lead catering operations on weekends and maintain high service standards. This casual, zero-hours role focuses on supervising culinary teams, delivering great food, and upholding brand values.

You'll monitor KPIs with your line manager, train staff, and ensure Health & Safety compliance while representing CH&CO to customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
• Minimum of two years of catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated to upskill.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising our culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to enable everyone to excel.
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all teams.

Job description

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Weekend Supervisor (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CH&CO on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.
