Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver a range of treatments, including massage, and to consult guests to understand their personal needs. You will maintain exceptional standards and help maximise spa revenue through accurate diary management and proactive selling.

Ideal candidates will be NVQ Level 2/3 qualified, with ESPA training being advantageous, and a friendly, guest-focused attitude to ensure memorable visits across our luxury properties.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Spa Therpay or equivalent.
• ESPA training is highly desirable but not essential.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatments including massage to guests with care and professionalism.
• Consult clients to understand personal needs and tailor treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality services and maintain spa standards and hygiene.
• Support the manager with diary management and proactive selling.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Therapist with a passion to deliver consistent exceptional service who wishes to develop their career within a progressive company. Ideally you will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified and ESPA training and experience would be a distinct advantage. As Spa Therapist you will be required to carry out a variety of treatments including massage, you will be knowledgeable, friendly and committed to ensuring that every guest's visit to the Spa is one to remember. You'll consult each client to fully understand their personal needs and be committed to delivering high quality, exceptional treatments. As a Spa Therapist you’ll also be supporting your manager to maximise revenue through careful diary management and proactive selling. Hours are flexible and on an as required basis.
