We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to join Eurest on a part-time basis, contracted to 24 hours per week. You will work with a passionate team to create exceptional culinary experiences and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.

As a Sous Chef, you will prepare high-quality dishes, support stock control and cost targets, and ensure hygiene standards are met. This role offers work-life balance and development within Compass Group UK&I’s Eurest brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef or in a similar kitchen role.
• Strong food hygiene and safety knowledge.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food that delights clients and customers.

• Create a positive kitchen environment where the team feels welcomed and supported.
• Support the team with ordering, stock control and managing waste.
