Compass Group UK&I is seeking an ambitious Sous Chef for Eurest on a part-time basis (24 hours per week) in the United Kingdom. You will work with a passionate team to craft high-quality food, supporting budget and stock control while maintaining brand standards.

The ideal candidate will be creative, a strong communicator, and able to thrive under pressure, delivering excellent service and tasty concepts to clients and customers.

• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Supporting the team with ordering food, stock control and controlling food waste.
• Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.
• Supporting the team to manage budgets and successfully meet financial targets.
