Job summary

Eurest is seeking an enthusiastic Sous Chef in Leighton Buzzard to help deliver exceptional food experiences as part of a passionate team. The role is part-time, contracted to 28 hours per week, with opportunities for development within the Eurest and Compass Group portfolio.

You will prepare delicious, high-quality food, support the team with stock control and waste management, and help maintain hygiene and cost targets while upholding brand standards.

• Supporting the team in delivering our tasty food concepts to our customers
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Supporting the team with ordering food, stock control and controlling food waste
• Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
• Supporting the team to manage budgets and successfully meet financial targets
• Complying with Food Handling and Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Eurest on a part time basis, contracted to 28 hours per week.
