Responsibilities

• Coordinate New and Used car stock including pricing, preparation and cleaning.
• Monitor and control customer parking areas.
• Greet customers as an ambassador of Citygate.
• Perform driving tasks for the sales management team.
• Shadow Sales Executives to learn sales processes.
• Help prepare the showroom each day, including moving cars and updating pricing boards.

Role overview

Here at Citygate we are looking for a Weekend Site Co-Ordinator to assist the sales department at Citygate Automotive.

Key responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Site Co-ordinator will be:

• Co-ordinating the New and Used car stock including pricing, arranging preparation and cleaning of these vehicles.
• Monitoring and controlling customer parking areas
• Being an ambassador of Citygate and greeting customers in a welcoming manner
• Completing driving tasks on behalf of the sales management team
• Shadow Sales Executives to learn and understand the sales processes
• Assist in preparing the showroom each day, including moving cars and adding pricing boards

About You

To become a Site Co-ordinator, we are looking for candidates that ideally possess the following qualities:
