Listers Group Ltd is recruiting a Showroom Host for our Land Rover dealership in Droitwich. The role runs Saturdays 9:00 AM–5:00 PM plus bank holidays, with potential additional hours for cover.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a polished and professional first impression of our dealership. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, a confident, friendly demeanor and a strong customer service mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Polished, articulate and well-presented.
• Confident to greet visitors and manage front-of-house tasks.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet visitors to the showroom.
• Receive inbound calls and direct to the relevant department.
• Support departments with events and promotions.
• Perform ad hoc/administrative duties as needed.
