Job summary

Rich Products UK, a leading food manufacturing company, seeks a Multi-Skilled Operations Engineer to maintain and improve essential plant machinery and processes. You will perform breakdown repairs, execute planned maintenance, and contribute to projects driving efficiency and safety across the site.

You will apply CI/Lean principles, analyze data, and collaborate with production, engineering, hygiene and technical teams to enhance OEE and compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in reliability/production engineering within FMCG manufacturing or packaging.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic understanding with RCA capability.
• Experience applying CI/Lean to operations.
• Reading and updating electrical/mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve plant machinery to maximise uptime.
• Perform breakdown repairs and execute planned preventative maintenance.
• Contribute to project work and design for manufacture improvements.
• Record data accurately for analysis and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, hygiene and technical teams.
• Drive CI initiatives to reduce downtime and waste.
• Monitor OEE and maintenance system performance.
