Qualifications

• Proven reliability/production engineering experience in FMCG packaging
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic understanding with root cause analysis capability
• CI and Lean principles to drive improvements
• Ability to read and update electrical/mechanical drawings
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and electrical standards
• PLC knowledge
• Completion apprenticeship or graduate scheme
• Level 3 electrical/electronic and 18th edition qualification
• LOTO knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Office

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of plant machinery to ensure safe and compliant operations
• Perform breakdown repairs and execute planned preventative maintenance
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and waste
• Record data for analysis and drive targeted improvements
• Collaborate with production, engineering, hygiene and technical teams
• Support design and modification of equipment for efficiency
• Promote energy reduction and innovative maintenance practices
• Share knowledge across the organisation and coach teams
