Job summary

Equans is seeking a Security Officer to join our team at University of West London, Ealing, on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is 40 hours per week with Saturdays 07:00–19:00 shift and a paid one-hour break.

You will keep the site safe and provide a friendly, professional reception, delivering excellent customer service to staff, visitors and contractors. A valid SIA licence and First Aid certification are required.

Qualifications

• SIA licence is required and must be valid.
• First Aid certification is required.
• Knowledge of basic health and safety regulations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Keep the site safe and secure by carrying out security duties.
• Provide a friendly, professional reception for staff, visitors and contractors.
• Operate CCTV and access control equipment as part of daily security routines.
• Assist with emergency procedures and incident reporting.
