Job summary

Cardfactory Guernsey is seeking a Sales Assistant (5hrs) to join our cardfactory team in Guernsey. This permanent, part-time role covers Saturdays (or Sundays during peak times) with a busy store environment and a focus on customer service and till sales.

You will engage with customers, upsell products, price and stock items, and help unload deliveries as part of a busy team. Previous retail experience isn’t essential; personality and a passion for service matter most.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to help each customer celebrate their life’s moments.
• Process all sales politely, efficiently and accurately whilst upselling on till products.
• Price and merchandise stock and products correctly.
• To work with the team unloading and unpacking the deliveries.
