Job summary

Card Factory Guernsey is seeking a Senior Sales Assistant (39hrs) to join our busy store team. The role includes key holder responsibilities, supervising the team when the Manager is away, and driving excellent customer service.

You will be a confident, energetic retail professional with a passion for our products, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as a key holder.
• Cash up tills at the start and end of shifts.
• Manage the team in the absence of the Manager.
• Champion product knowledge and promote cards and gifts.
• Check off deliveries and store them correctly.
• Ensure full stock availability using scanning procedures.
