Haskins Garden Centres is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant to join our team on weekends in Crawley. The role is part-time and permanent, with a pay rate of up to £12.71 per hour.

You will be the first and last point of contact for customers, processing sales and handling enquiries with a friendly, helpful approach. We value a welcoming personality, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience is preferred.
• Friendly, patient, and confident with customers.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process sales at the till point.
• Handle customer enquiries and cash handling.
• Wrap and pack items and assist with general housekeeping.
