Prospect Estate Agency in Bracknell is seeking a Weekend Property Presenter to welcome and show prospective buyers and tenants around selected properties, including empties and tenanted estates.

You will relay viewing feedback to the office and participate in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, requiring a smart appearance, strong command of English, and a valid driving license with a car.

• Smart, professional appearance and confident interaction with landlords and tenants.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
• Confident driver with access to a car (satnav preferred).
• Able to present properties to prospective buyers and tenants clearly and politely.

Let's Talk About The Role.

You will be responsible for showing prospective purchasers and tenants around properties, some of which may be empty; others may have the Tenant/Landlord occupying the property.

You will relay viewing feedback to the office including offers that purchasers or tenants make.

In order to be considered for the role it is essential that you must have a smart and professional appearance and be articulate and confident dealing with Landlords and Tenants. It is essential that you have a good command of the English language in both verbal and written format.

You must be a confident driver and car owner (ideally with a satnav!)
