Prospect Estate Agency, part of Lomond, is seeking a Weekend Property Presenter in Reading. You will show properties to prospective buyers and tenants, including empty and occupied ones, and relay feedback and offers to the office.

A smart, professional appearance and confident communication with landlords and tenants are essential, with a good command of English in speaking and writing. A valid driving license and car are preferred.

Let's talk about the role.

You will be responsible for showing prospective purchasers and tenants around properties, some of which may be empty; others may have the Tenant/Landlord occupying the property.

You will relay viewing feedback to the office including offers that purchasers or tenants make.

In order to be considered for the role it is essential that you must have a smart and professional appearance and be articulate and confident dealing with Landlords and Tenants. It is essential that you have a good command of the English language in both verbal and written format.

You must be a confident driver and car owner (ideally with a satnav!)
