Prospect Estate Agency in Bracknell is offering an exciting trainee position as a Property Portfolio Partner. You will join a forward-thinking team within Lomond, a leading network of lettings and estate agencies, and gain hands-on experience in tenancy administration, contractor liaison, and contract renewals.

• Dealing with maintenance issues, arranging contractors, arranging access and paying Invoices.
• Renewing existing contract, negotiating rent increases, creating Tenancy Agreements.
• Deposit returns, negotiating between Landlord and Tenant to resolve any damage.
• Administrative duties, updating excel spread sheets, etc

Let's Talk About The Role. It Involves

• Dealing with maintenance issues, arranging contractors, arranging access and paying Invoices
• Renewing existing contract, negotiating rent increases, creating Tenancy Agreements
• Deposit returns, negotiating between Landlord and Tenant to resolve any damage.
