Job summary

Alpine Racing UK is seeking a Production Manager - Weekend Shift to lead weekend manufacturing operations, ensuring targets are met with the highest quality and safety. You will coordinate activities across departments, drive performance and foster a high-performing team culture.

You will manage on-site production, support development and engagement, and identify improvements to throughput and productivity while maintaining strict health and safety standards.

• Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing, engineering or production environment.
• Strong people management and team leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and operational delivery.
• Experience using ERP systems and production management tools.

Responsibilities
