Job summary

Personal Assistants Network Scotland in Glasgow is seeking a female Personal Assistant to support a wheelchair user in Giffnock. The role is for weekend dayshifts on a four-week rota, with possible extra shifts during annual leave. Duties include moving and transferring, personal care, daily living tasks, and helping the client live independently.

Driving is preferred and you should live within an easy commute of Giffnock. Pay is £14.50 per hour for dayshifts and £18.00 for nightshifts.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be experienced (work or personal experience).
• Ideally, you should be a driver and willing to drive my car.

Responsibilities

• Moving and transferring to and from bed to wheelchair and wheelchair to car.
• Personal care and privacy in a sensitive setting.
