Job summary

GCIL North Lanarkshire is seeking a friendly, reliable Male Personal Assistant/Support Worker to support a man in his 50s in the Motherwell area. The role involves a mix of home-based and community activities, helping with meals and companionship.

You will drive and accompany him in the community, with approx. 20 hours per week across 3/4 days. A full driving licence and access to your own car are essential; First Aid knowledge is helpful and training will be provided where appropriate.

• Plan and structure his day to keep him engaged
• Help him stay active, connected and involved in community life
• Assist with mobility, meals, home tasks and personal care as needed
