Job summary

CareTech is recruiting a part-time female Support Worker for Hunters Lodge in Rickmansworth. You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, with training provided if you’re new to care.

The role requires working weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins, with focus on person-centred care, independence and wellbeing. DBS check is required and enhanced training is offered.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work weekends and evenings as part of a rota.
• Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech).
• No prior care experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required.
• Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing for service users.
• Support activities, appointments and community access.
• Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of a team.
• Work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.
