Mosaic 1898 Direct Payments Support Service is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a disabled young man for 6 hours on weekends, split across Saturday and Sunday, in the local community.

The PA will work as a pair with an experienced PA to provide 2:1 support, help access social activities, and assist with transport and wheelchair handling. Sponsorship is not available; you must prove entitlement to work in the UK at interview.

Qualifications

• Support a weekend PA role for a disabled young person.
• Assist with self-defined needs and listen to requests.
• Be comfortable asking questions and following directions.

Responsabilités

• Drive to community locations and assist with wheelchair loading.
• Support social activities such as swimming, temple visits, parks and shopping.
• Provide 2:1 support as a pair with an experienced PA.
• Assistance with toilet use in the community when required.
