Independent Lives in Crawley is seeking a compassionate and highly experienced Personal Assistant to provide weekend morning support for a child with complex medical and additional needs. The role requires patience, calmness, and a genuine passion for supporting children with disabilities and behavioural challenges.

The ideal candidate will have training and practical experience in ABA techniques, and be able to implement consistent strategies used at home and school.

Qualifications

• Experience and training in ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) techniques.
• Ability to follow consistent behavioural strategies used at home and school.
• Experience managing behaviours that challenge safely and professionally.
