Job summary

Independent Lives in Crawley is seeking a reliable Personal Assistant to provide 12 hours of support each week for a 49-year-old mother who values practical, hands-on care. The role involves personal care, cooking, light domestic tasks, errands, and accompanying to medical appointments.

Shifts are ideally 3 hours on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, with some flexibility and potential for job sharing.

Qualifications

• Must have right to work in the UK and be willing to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check if required.
• 3-hour shifts on Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat with some flexibility.
• Previous care or support experience would be beneficial, but a willingness to learn is important.
