Independent Lives in Crawley is seeking a Personal Assistant to support our son who has Cerebral Palsy. The role covers evening and morning routines, night-time availability for repositioning or comfort, and occasional medication assistance. Sleep-in duties are paid (£50) as applicable.

The successful candidate will be warm, patient and reliable, comfortable around pets in a pet-friendly home, and able to work to high health and safety standards. Driving license and own vehicle are preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience working with children or young people who have complex needs, particularly those with Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, or who are gastrostomy-fed, is essential.
