Qualifications

• Essential Experience: Waking night experience.
• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN / Neurodiversity.
• PEG feeding.
• Epilepsy trained.

Responsibilities

• As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will provide attentive overnight support, helping Elsie with her bedtime routine, positioning and epilepsy-related needs while remaining awake and alert throughout the night.
• This role would suit an experienced, calm and observant female Support Worker who is confident supporting children with complex needs and enjoys working as part of a dedicated team within a family home.
• Where a specific gender is essential to meet the client's needs, this is a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
