University of Oxford Lodge invites applications for a role supporting the Lodge Manager and Deputy Lodge Managers in a busy college environment in Oxford.

You will staff the reception desk, handle queries promptly, monitor security systems and emergency equipment, and manage access for visitors, guests and contractors to College premises.

Lodge staff act as first responders; you will become a trained first aider, ensuring safety and swift response to incidents.

• Monitoring security systems and responding to emergency monitoring equipment (fire alarms or accidents) and controlling access for visitors, guests and contractors.
• Coordinating with Lodge management and ensuring safety and security procedures are followed.

Jobbeschreibung

You will be responsible to the Lodge Manager or Deputy Lodge Managers and undertake a wide variety of duties including; staffing the reception desk, dealing efficiently with queries, monitoring security systems and responding to emergency monitoring equipment, such as fire alarms or accidents and monitoring and controlled access into the College premises and buildings by visitors, guests and contractors.

Lodge staff provide first line response to any accidents in College and are therefore required to become qualified first aiders.
