Pembroke College, Oxford, seeks an experienced Lodge Manager to lead its Porters' Lodge, the first point of contact for students, Fellows, staff and visitors. You will manage a 24/7 front-of-house operation, supervise Lodge Receptionists, and shape a welcoming, secure and efficient service across the College.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading front-of-house, security, hospitality or facilities operations.
• Ability to manage staffing, rotas and budgets with strong governance.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly, build trust and handle demanding situations.

• Lead and develop the Lodge team, set expectations, manage 24/7 service, cover shifts and holidays.
• Ensure welcoming reception and accurate information, maintain confidentiality and records.
• Oversee security, access control, CCTV, risk controls and incident escalation with external services when needed.
• Coordinate welfare, events, budgets, procurement, policy development and service improvements.
