Jobgether is seeking a Weekend Localization & Interpreting Project Manager based in the United Kingdom. You will coordinate localization and interpreting projects in a fully remote, international environment, connecting clients with a global network of translators and interpreters.

From planning to delivery, you will manage budgets, timelines, resources, and quality standards while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in project management, business administration, and customer service.
• Knowledge of localization and interpreting processes within a PM environment.
• Practical knowledge of CAT tools such as Smartcat and memoQ.
• Experience using translation management systems such as Trados.
• University degree in Business Administration, Translation, or related field preferred.
• Advanced written and spoken English (C1) and fluency in at least one additional language.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with multi-project prioritization.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate project costs and prepare budgets and quotations for clients.
• Coordinate all project phases, estimate resources, and set realistic deadlines.
• Use Plunet for time tracking and manage assignments from start to finish.
• Monitor progress, status, and ensure deadlines and quality expectations are met.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
• Maintain clear communication with colleagues and provide regular updates.
• Negotiate deadlines and rates with freelance translators and interpreters.
• Build strong relationships with language professionals across countries.
• Manage project finances, including budgeting and cost monitoring.
• Perform quality checks throughout the lifecycle, including proofreading.
• Address freelancer questions and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Follow internal policies, procedures, and quality standards.
