Job summary

Stewards Academy is seeking a Weekend Lettings Assistant to join the Lettings Team. The role involves coordinating weekend lettings, acting as a point of contact for hirers, and ensuring spaces are prepared safely and kept clean for students, staff and the community.

The ideal candidate should be friendly, proactive, and able to work independently. Some basic knowledge of health and safety and customer-facing or premises-related experience would be advantageous.

Weekend Lettings Assistant Required

Stewards Academy are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and reliable Lettings Assistant to join our friendly Lettings Team.

This role involves coordinating weekend lettings, acting as a point of contact for hirers, ensuring spaces are set up appropriately whilst maintaining and providing a safe clean environment for students, staff and the community.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, proactive, and able to work independently. Some basic knowledge of health and safety and experience in a customer-facing or premises-related role would be an advantage.

15 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday)

Working hours will be: 7:30am-3:30pm, with flexibility required to cover alternative shifts when needed.

52.14 weeks per year

Salary: Scale 3 point 6 - £11,189.19 pro rata per annum

There is also the opportunity for 4.5 hours on a Friday if wanted (optional)
