Job summary

Radley College near Oxford is seeking a Weekend Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a hands-on housekeeping team and uphold exceptional standards across the campus.

You will monitor cleanliness, conduct audits, train staff, and ensure health, safety and wellbeing throughout the department while supporting College events and collaborating with other teams.

The Role

This is a hands‑on supervisory position where you'll:

• Support and motivate your allocated housekeeping team
• Monitor cleaning standards and conduct quality audits
• Assist with staff training and induction
• Promote health, safety, and wellbeing across the department
• Support College events and operational activities
• Build positive working relationships across departments

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has cleaning or housekeeping experience

Working Hours

10 hours per week
Saturday & Sunday
7:30am to 12:30pm
