Woodside Care Home in Dover is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, tidy and hazards-free environments for residents in our residential and dementia care setting. You will use the available equipment, manage laundry, and ensure items are returned to bedrooms and wardrobes.

We offer ongoing training, uniforms and a refer-a-friend bonus, with career development opportunities. Previous care or housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential, and you will join a supportive team

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Care or housekeeping preferred but not essential.

Responsabilités

• To make full use of the appropriate equipment and ensure all designated areas are clean, tidy and free from hazards at all times.e.g. trailing wires
• To ensure laundry is sorted in accordance with the manufacturer’s label, and laundered as it should be. Iron these items and return to the residents’ bedroom and put away into the appropriate cupboard/wardrobe etc.
