As a Handover Specialist, you will ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and professional vehicle handover, completing essential invoices and warranties promptly in line with company procedures and industry guidelines. This is a flexible, zero-hours role with weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a fast moving retail environment is essential, with a genuine desire to provide a first class customer experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

As a Handover Specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and professional vehicle handover. You will be responsible for completing essential documentation—including invoices and warranties—accurately and promptly, in line with company procedures and industry guidelines.

This is a flexible, zero-hours position, primarily covering weekends according to business needs. Hours are not guaranteed and will be offered as required. You will be supported by an experienced team in a professional, fast-paced environment.
